Return Policy

We want you to love your Zola Rae products as much as we do! We will do what we can to ensure you are happy with your Zola Rae shopping experience, please read our return policy carefully.  

Returns: We offer store credit for items returned within 14 days of your receipt of the item/s. You are responsible for the shipping fees back to us unless you are returning a defective or incorrect item. We will send you store credit in the form of a discount code via email once we have received the item on our end. To ensure full store credit for your return items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with the tags and packaging the same, and with no scents, pet hair, or markings. We will not be able to accept the return if any of these conditions apply. Please include a slip with your information and the reason for your return when you mail your package back to us. We encourage you to include shipping insurance with your return shipment as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Defective Items: We are a small family run business and mistakes do happen on occasion. If you are sent the wrong item, or if there is a defect that we somehow missed, we must be notified of this within 3 business days of your receipt of the item/s. In this instance we will offer a full refund of the shipping once we receive the return. We can not guarantee we will still have a replacement item in stock so we will offer you at that time a refund or exchange option.

Refunds: Again, because we are a small family run business, on occasion inventory may be off on one item. We do our best to ensure this doesn’t happen but if this is the case, we will ship you the items in your order that are in stock and issue a refund for the items we are unable to ship.

Exchanges: Because inventory varies, we do not offer an exchange program. If you would like a different size, we will offer you store credit as we would with a standard return, which you can then use for the other size if it is in stock.

Final Sale Items: Items in our clearance section are considered final sale and are non-returnable.
